10. Delivery time of the product
Once your order is confirmed, if the item is in stock in Japan, it will usually be shipped from within Japan within 3-5 business days. If the item is not in stock in Japan, or if it is a custom-made item, it will be manufactured at our workshop in Hawaii, shipped from Hawaii within 2 months, and then delivered to you via our domestic distribution center after arriving in Japan. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, logistics issues, etc.

Each piece of our brand's jewelry is meticulously handcrafted in Hawaii by skilled artisans. It is then shipped to our customers via our distribution centers in Japan.
