Refund and Return Policy

We will only accept returns or exchanges if the product has an initial defect or has been damaged during delivery.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

4. Regarding refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 7 business days using your specified method.
5. Return shipping costs
In case of initial defects, we will cover the cost.
6. Returns due to customer reasons
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as differences in image or size. Please check that your order details are correct before purchasing.
7. About handmade products
All jewelry from our brand is handmade, and slight variations may occur between individual pieces. These are characteristics of the product and do not constitute defects.
8. Regarding color
The actual product color may differ from what you see on your monitor due to variations in monitor settings.
9. About delivery
商品はハワイにて制作後、日本国内の拠点より発送いたします。天候・物流状況等により、お届けに遅れが生じる場合がございます。
10. Customs duties and import taxes
If international shipping is required, customs duties and import taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
11. Return address
Returns and exchanges are accepted only at designated addresses within Japan.
